U+A, acclaimed for its forward-thinking urban and architectural design across the Middle East, announces the appointment of Tiago Sampaio as Design Principal, Ahmad Chouman as Principal – Project Operations, and Eugine De Villiers as Senior Principal – Projects. Together, they will lead design, operations, and project delivery functions respectively, reporting directly to Tim Martin, Managing Principal for 10N in the Middle East and South Asia.

Omrania, recognized for its decades-long legacy and extensive history shaping Saudi Arabia’s architectural and urban landscape, announces the appointment of Mahmoud Abughazal as Corporate Architectural Principal, Fadi Saroufim as Corporate Operations Principal, and Dr. Rukn Eldeen as Special Projects Principal. Together, they will take responsibility for driving design integrity, operational strategy and niche ventures at Omrania, with 10N Managing Principal Tim Martin overseeing the group.
